Rhinoplasty Reshapes the Structure of Your Nose

Rhinoplasty, also known as a “nose job” or “nose reshaping” enhances the appearance of your nose to match your face and proportions in a more pleasing way. While many patients treat rhinoplasty as a form of cosmetic surgery, it can also be used by those who have trouble breathing. Dr. Diepenbrock is able to reshape the size and proportions of your nose to create a harmonious relationship with the other features of your face and help you feel more confident in your everyday life.

Our Facial Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Diepenbrock is exceptionally skilled at performing rhinoplasty surgery as he has an in-depth understanding of the facial structure and what makes a balanced face. Dr. Diepenbrock is a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, meaning he has taken the extra steps to prove his mastery over the head, face, and related structures. We also have a team of registered nurses and a nurse practitioner on-staff who will assist with your rhinoplasty surgery and ensure your overall health and safety.

Get Your Perfect Nose

We begin every rhinoplasty case with an in-depth, personal consultation of your wants and needs. We will also evaluate your general health and examine your facial proportions to create a treatment plan unique to you. Before surgery begins, you will be sedated with either IV sedation or general anesthesia for your comfort. Rhinoplasty surgery is typically performed in our state-of-the-art office, which is equipped to handle your treatment, provide you with anesthesia and monitor you throughout.

Our Rhinoplasty Process

During your rhinoplasty surgery, we can reshape your nose by making an incision either inside the nostrils or across the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils. Dr. Diepenbrock is then able to remove excessive bone or cartilage from the nose to decrease the size or add cartilage to enhance it.  The nose can also be reshaped to improve the functionality if breathing is a concern. After surgery, your nose will swell, but it should decrease after a few weeks. Your rhinoplasty results are permanent but as you age, gradual changes may occur to the contours of your nose.
