Patients are seen by appointment only during the normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Simply call our office at (260) 423-2340 or (800) 821-7699 for an appointment.
Our staff will be happy to discuss your questions and concerns or forward them to your doctor if needed. Call (260) 423-2340 and ask for the office nurse between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m., only emergency calls are taken. In case of an emergency, you may contact the doctor on call 24 hours a day by calling (260) 423-2340 or toll free at (800) 821-7699.
